Cold Turkey (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, including sensitive information such as face images, when you use our mobile application Cold Turkey (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • Subscription & Purchase Information: Subscription status and transaction data.
  • Usage Information: Feature usage, device type, OS, IP, and crash logs.

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we delete it immediately.

7. Subscription Terms

Cold Turkey offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed via your Apple ID. You will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple settings.

The total billed amount (e.g., $39.99/year) is always displayed more prominently than calculated monthly equivalents (e.g., $3.33/month).

8. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained until deleted by the user.
  • Subscription data: Retained as required by law or regulation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
