Privacy Policy for MockLab 3D

Effective Date: July 27, 2025

MockLab 3D (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, including sensitive information such as face images, when you use our mobile application MockLab 3D (the “App”).

By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email address and authentication tokens.
Subscription & Purchase Information: Subscription status and transaction data.
Usage Information: Feature usage, device type, OS, IP, and crash logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To analyze your image and determine your color season.
To display your photo with your result for context and history.
To manage your subscription and restore purchases.
To understand feature usage and improve performance.

3. Face Data Handling

We only collect images that user uploads though editor or though our AI Photoshoot.

Processing: Image is uploaded, analyzed by a third-party AI model, and stored with your account.
Retention: Images are kept until your account is deleted.
Third Parties: Data is not sold or reused. Used solely for one-time analysis.

5. User Rights

You may request to access, delete, or correct your data, or withdraw consent. These actions can be done via the app or by contacting us at simon@smallstack.dk.

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we delete it immediately.

7. Security

HTTPS encryption for all communication.
Secure authentication and token-based access control.
Regular vulnerability assessments.

8. Subscription Terms

MockLab 3D offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed via your Apple ID. You will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple settings.

The total billed amount (e.g., $39.99/year) is always displayed more prominently than calculated monthly equivalents (e.g., $3.33/month).

9. Camera & Photo Access

Camera/photo access is only requested when initiating a scan. Buttons use terms like “Continue” or “Next”, never “Allow”, to comply with platform guidelines.

10. Data Retention

Account and image data: Retained until deleted by the user.
Subscription data: Retained as required by law or regulation.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
