Privacy Policy

MockLab 3D (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information, including the artwork and images you upload, when you use our mobile application MockLab 3D (the “App”).
By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Email address and authentication tokens.
- Artwork You Upload: Graphics, prints, logos and other design files you apply to garments, plus any custom background or scene images you import.
- Generated Images: The 3D mockups and AI photoshoot images the App produces from your artwork.
- Subscription & Purchase Information: Subscription status, AI credit balance, and transaction data.
- Usage Information: Feature usage, device type, OS, IP, and crash logs.
- Advertising & Analytics Identifiers: Device and advertising identifiers used to measure and promote the App. See section 5.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To apply your artwork to 3D garment models and render mockups.
- To generate AI photoshoot images from those mockups.
- To store your projects and generated images so you can return to them.
- To manage your subscription and restore purchases.
- To understand feature usage and improve performance.
3. Image Handling
We collect the artwork you upload through the editor and the images produced by our AI Photoshoot feature. We do not scan your device library; only files you actively select are uploaded.
- Processing: Your artwork is uploaded to our servers, rendered onto a garment model, and — when you use AI Photoshoot — passed to a third-party AI model provider to generate the final image.
- Retention: Artwork and generated images are kept with your account until you delete them or delete your account.
- Ownership: You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. We use it only to operate the App for you.
- Third Parties: We do not sell your artwork or generated images, and we do not use them to train our own models.

5. Advertising and Analytics
We work with advertising and analytics partners to measure how people find the App and how it performs. This may involve sharing advertising and device identifiers, and in some cases tracking activity across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes.
On iOS we ask for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before tracking you across other companies’ apps and websites, and you can change your answer at any time in your device settings. Your artwork and generated images are never shared with advertising partners.
6. User Rights
You may request to access, delete, or correct your data, or withdraw consent. These actions can be done via the app or by contacting us at simon@smallstack.dk.
7. Children’s Privacy
This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If discovered, we delete it immediately.
8. Security
- HTTPS encryption for all communication.
- Secure authentication and token-based access control.
- Regular vulnerability assessments.
9. Subscription Terms
MockLab 3D offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time AI credit purchases billed via your Apple ID. You will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple settings.
The total billed amount is always displayed more prominently than any calculated monthly equivalent.
10. Camera & Photo Access
Photo library access is only requested when you choose to import artwork or a custom background. Buttons use terms like “Continue” or “Next”, never “Allow”, to comply with platform guidelines.
11. Data Retention
- Account, artwork and generated images: Retained until deleted by the user.
- Subscription data: Retained as required by law or regulation.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated in-app. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
