We’re confident in the method. If you put in the work below and still don’t pass your first official knowledge test, we’ll refund your most recent payment — no hard feelings.

I. WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY

To be eligible for a Pass Guarantee refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  1. 1.Complete every question in your stateYou must have answered all of the questions in your state’s question bank at least once.
  2. 2.90% correct on your last 100 questionsYour most recent 100 answered questions must have at least a 90% correct rate when you take the official test.
  3. 3.Read your state driver manualYou must have opened and read your state’s official driver manual from inside PermitPal.
  4. 4.Request within 3 days of your testYou must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of your official knowledge test. Requests after that window are not eligible.
  5. 5.Attach proof you didn’t passPhysically attach a screenshot or photo of your official test result showing you did not pass — with your full name and the test date clearly visible.

II. WHAT YOU GET BACK

Your most recent payment to PermitPal is refunded in full. Earlier payments and any non-PermitPal costs (state fees, retake fees, etc.) are not covered. One refund per customer.

III. HOW TO CLAIM

Email us within 3 days of your test from your account email at simon@smallstack.dk using the subject line “Pass Guarantee refund request”. Include your full name and test date, and attach a screenshot or photo proving you did not pass. We’ll verify the requirements above (completed question bank, 90% on your last 100, manual read) and refund your latest payment.

We will review your request and notify you by email whether it is approved.

The Pass Guarantee is a goodwill program, not a legal warranty. Eligibility is verified from your in-app activity and is at PermitPal’s reasonable discretion; abuse or falsified requests are not eligible. One refund per customer.
